Already Looking Forward To Spring

We know it is so cold outside but the warm weather is only a few months away and that means new styles and designers here at Helianthus.  We have a great new section of apparel to look forward to this spring! Two great designers we will be featuring are PLOTZ &  Lauralou.

Sing Chin Lo a well established Hong Kong designer created PLOTZ in 2007.  This women's brand is unlike anything we have seen before. Sing Chin Lo's creativity and inspirational style makes the clothing truly unique.  The detail and simplistic patterns look as though they have been painted on the body.  Here is a glimps of what we will be showcasing at Helianthus!

At the close of the first week in the New Year another celebrity already perishes....

R.I.P Casey Johnson

We haven't heard much about Casey since Paris Hilton and her stopped being bff...but this week she was all over the media--All due to her unfortunate Jan. 5th death.  She was only 30 years old.  Casey was found unresponsive in her home on Monday.  It has been announced that natural causes are the determining factor of her death.  She lived with diabetes and an autopsy will be conducted this week. 

Johnson was not only the heiress to the Johnson & Johnson fortune, but her father was the owner of the Jets football team.  Most recently she has been linked to the ever famous bisexual Tila Tequila.  It was said that they were engaged.  Tila even twittered: "everyone please pray 4 my wifey Casey Johnson."  We cant wait until that tell all interview.

Was this a case of an unfortunate young death or were thier skeletons in Casey's walk in closet?  Only time will tell.  In the meantime...Casey you will be missed!
